Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend technical expertise with sales acumen across a defined portfolio. You will engage customers, run demos and PoCs, and guide technical decisions to align with business goals. Travel 20-25% to support opportunities and partnerships.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate requirements into tailored solutions, collaborate with product and engineering, and help craft compelling bids and tenders to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as SE or technical salesperson or equivalent in related tech roles.
• Strong IT/IS knowledge including PKI, networks, cloud platforms and security concepts.
• Familiarity with cryptography, certificates, PKI concepts, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and partners to discover requirements and opportunities.
• Lead or participate in product demonstrations and PoCs to show value.
• Produce technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and integration guides.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation with technical inputs.
