Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend technical expertise with sales acumen, driving opportunities across a defined customer and partner portfolio. You will conduct demos/PoCs, tailor solutions, and guide customers through architecture choices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will engage in technical discovery, design customized solutions, and support bid responses, with travel around 20-25%. Strong PKI, cloud, and API experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent
• General IT knowledge including server OS, TCP/IP networking, and security concepts
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles, PKI concepts
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containers (Kubernetes)
• Experience with REST API integrations and DevOps tools

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and conduct technical discovery
• Lead product demonstrations and POC/PoV efforts
• Create technical architecture artifacts and integration guides
• Collaborate with product and engineering to address edge-case needs
• Support RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation
