Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend technical expertise with sales acumen across a defined portfolio of customers and partners. You will engage with clients, run demos and PoCs, and contribute to bids and tenders to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, cross-functional teams, and product managers to align solutions with customer needs, design architectures, and respond to RFPs, with 20–25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an SE or technical salesperson or equivalent
• Knowledge of IT/server administration, networking, PKI concepts
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and digital certificates
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container tech (Kubernetes)
• Experience with REST APIs integrations and scripting languages
• DevOps tools experience (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points
• Demonstrate products, conduct POCs, and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation for engagements
• Collaborate with product/engineering to validate feasibility and scope edge cases
• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical questionnaires
