Job summary

BairesDev, a global software solutions company, is seeking a Technical Director to join the Solutioning team. You will bridge client needs with BairesDev's offerings, engaging with leads and prospects, designing tailored technical solutions, and guiding delivery teams to secure opportunities.

The role blends presales expertise, delivery knowledge, and consulting skills. Willingness to travel within the US and collaborate with enterprise clients is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software with teams in the SDLC.
• 5+ years in solutioning, sales, presales, or solution-architect roles.
• Experience leading software delivery teams in Cloud, Data, DevOps, or Testing.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in 1–2 verticals with deep domain experience (desirable).
• Must be located in the US and able to travel within the US +40%.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and translate requirements into delivery documents.
• Travel with the Sales team to support opportunities as the technical expert.
• Engage in technical conversations about software development and delivery at the solution level.
• Collaborate with presales to generate decks and proposals for leads and RFQs.
• Provide consulting on best practices in software delivery (Data, Analytics, Cloud, AI).
