Job summary
BairesDev, a global technology services company, is seeking a Technical Director to join our Solutioning team. In this role you'll bridge client needs and our solutions, engaging with leads to design tailored technical propositions and coordinating with sales and delivery to win opportunities.
You will oversee presales, define project scope, assemble cross-functional teams, and respond to RFPs/RFIs while ensuring viable, competitive solutions that align with client objectives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in the SDLC building software with teams.
- 5+ years in solutioning/sales/presales/solution architect roles; manager/director level desirable.
- 5+ years in one specific SDLC area with tech delivery experience.
- Experience leading teams of developers/engineers delivering Cloud, Data, DevOps, or Testing.
- Must be located in the US.
Responsibilities
- Meet with leads and translate requirements into documents; articulate value proposition.
- Travel to meet leads and events; act as technical expert in conversations.
- Engage in solution-level technical conversations about software delivery.
- Collaborate with presales on decks and proposals; estimate approaches to software delivery.
- Provide consulting on best practices in Data/Analytics, Quality, Cloud, Engineering, or AI.
