Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Review technical documents and product complaints.
• Conduct audits at satellite facilities.
