Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee daily operations and manage the technical service team in the construction products industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in the construction industry and at least 3 years in technical support for building materials.

This role includes providing expert technical service to architects and contractors, supervising staff, and ensuring proper material selection. Excellent communication and supervisory skills are essential, along with detailed knowledge of LATICRETE products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support for building materials or products.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance and scheduling for technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Review technical documents and specifications.
