Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels at hands‑on technical work—including product installation and repair—while also maintaining organized records and communicating effectively across departments. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and providing technical support to both customers and internal teams.

• Technical Services: Perform professional product installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Manage in‑house repairs for units returned to HQ.
• Inventory & Parts Management: Oversee service parts logistics, including ordering parts from HQ and managing stock levels for out‑of‑state locations.
• Field Support: Provide on‑site support for out‑of‑state projects and handle emergency situations, such as urgent leak repairs, as needed.
• Consultation & Support: Act as a technical advisor for out‑of‑state installation partners and provide technical guidance to the Customer Service (CS) team.
• R&D Testing: Participate in testing new products to ensure quality standards and functional performance before market release.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in home appliance installation, repair, or a similar field‑based technical role is preferred. (Entry‑level candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are welcome to apply.)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is required for data entry and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail regarding documentation and data management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset for emergency service calls.

Salary Range: $48K~$55K
