Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee daily operations of technical service representatives in the construction products industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support and supervision, with a strong understanding of construction methods and the LATICRETE product line. Responsibilities include providing technical service and managing team performance. This full-time position involves 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Analyze technical activities, report trends and needs.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors and distributors.

Skills
