Job summary

LATICRETE International located in Las Vegas is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee daily operations of technical service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with at least 7 years of related experience.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, providing technical service to architects and contractors, and conducting training. The position requires excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, and knowledge of LATICRETE's product line. A degree or equivalent experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Review and prepare technical documents and specifications.
• Supervise customer service and product complaints investigations.
