Job summary

LATICRETE International is looking for a Technical Support Manager to oversee daily operations of technical service representatives in the construction products industry. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in the construction industry and 3 years in technical support.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing technical activities, providing support to clients, and supervising a team. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of LATICRETE's product line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Analyze technical activities and report trends.
