The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in construction, including 3 years in technical support of building materials. Supervisory skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of the LATICRETE product line are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Knowledge of construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage performance evaluations and attendance for staff.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
