Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Support Manager in Virginia to supervise technical service representatives in the construction products industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of construction industry experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of building materials or products.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Conduct technical service audits at satellite facilities.
