Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage technical service representatives' attendance and scheduling.
• Create new technical data sheets and advisories.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Investigate and settle customer service complaints.
