Job summary

LATICRETE International in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee the daily operations of technical service representatives in the construction products industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in construction and 3 years in a technical support role.

This position requires strong supervisory and management skills, knowledge of architecture and construction methods, and excellent communication abilities. You will coordinate technical services and training, manage complaints, and contribute to technical literature.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage technical service representatives' attendance and performance evaluations.
• Advise architects, contractors, and distributors on material selection and installation.
• Conduct technical service department audits at satellite facilities.
