Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee daily operations of technical service representatives in Henderson, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the construction industry and 3 years in a technical support role, demonstrating strong supervisory and communication skills.

This position requires knowledge of the LATICRETE product line and the ability to manage customer inquiries diplomatically. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Travel is required up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Manage technical service representatives' performance evaluations.
