Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Support Manager to supervise and schedule the daily operations of technical service representatives within the construction products industry.

This position requires at least 7 years of construction industry experience and 3 years in technical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent supervisory skills and a solid understanding of construction methods, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of the LATICRETE product line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage technical service representatives.
• Analyze technical activities and report trends.
• Advise on proper material selection and installation procedures.
• Review and prepare technical documents.
• Coordinate incoming requests for technical service and training.
