Job summary

LATICRETE International is looking for a Technical Support Manager based in New York, NY. In this role, you will supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives while providing essential support and training within the construction products industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years in construction and at least 3 years in technical support. Strong supervisory skills and knowledge of LATICRETE products are required, along with excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage technical service representatives' attendance and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors regarding material selection.
