Job summary

LATICRETE International in Connecticut is seeking a Technical Support Manager to supervise daily operations of technical service representatives in the construction products industry.

This role requires extensive experience in both construction and technical support, including responsibilities such as managing staff and providing technical service to clients. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, and specific knowledge of LATICRETE products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of building materials or products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge of LATICRETE product line and applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage staff performance and attendance.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Conduct audits at satellite facilities as required.
