The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction and 3 years in technical support, alongside strong supervisory skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of LATICRETE products, and a cooperative attitude. This position includes a travel requirement of 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Analyze technical activities and report trends and needs.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Supervise the investigation of customer service and product complaints.
• Conduct technical service department audits as required.
