Job summary

LATICRETE International is looking for a Technical Support Manager in Lutz, Florida to oversee daily operations of the technical service team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years in the construction industry and 3 years in technical support, along with supervisory skills and a strong knowledge of our products.

This role requires excellent communication abilities and familiarity with architecture and construction methods. The position also offers benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Analyze technical activities, report trends and needs.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Coordinate job site assistance and participate in management meetings.
