Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Support Manager to oversee daily operations of technical service representatives in the construction products industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the construction sector, strong supervisory skills, and in-depth knowledge of LATICRETE products.

The position requires excellent communication abilities and the capability to provide technical support to architects, contractors, and distributors. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience is necessary, and physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage technical service representatives' attendance and performance evaluations.
• Analyze technical activities and report needs.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
