Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent engineering graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI, where you'll gain hands-on experience across sales, engineering, and leadership.

As an Associate Account Manager after training, you will sell HVAC solutions to commercial customers, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and build lasting relationships while pursuing ambitious growth in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and graduation before the GTP start date.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Posting covers multiple opportunities; some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.
• Ability to relocate temporarily for the 14-week training program in La Crosse, WI.
• Valid driver's license for 12 months with proof of insurance; no major traffic violations within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Sell the world’s most complete line of HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners during design, application, and sale of equipment and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through understanding needs across a full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute sales plans and growth strategies to meet or exceed targets.
