Job summary

Trane Technologies’ Graduate Training Program invites recent graduates to join a 14-week, best-in-class training track in La Crosse, WI, with onboarding at a designated office. After completion, you transition to an Associate Account Manager role, focusing on equipment, services, or controls for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduates must be eligible to start the Graduate Training Program.
• Demonstrated passion for ongoing learning in technical fields.
• Internship with Trane Technologies or ability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Multiple opportunities; some roles may be remote, hybrid, or on-site across North America.
• Willingness to relocate for 14-week training.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months; no major traffic violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Post-GTP, assume responsibilities of an Associate Account Manager in Equipment, Services, or Controls at a designated office location.
• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and sale of equipment and services.
• Develop and execute a sales plan and growth strategy to meet or exceed targets; drive design wins and manage the sales channel.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering
