Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent engineering graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. This program blends technical, business, sales engineering and leadership development to prepare you for a career in HVAC solutions.

After completion you assume the role of Associate Account Manager, selling HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial customers while building relationships with engineers, architects and owners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; open to all engineering disciplines.
Pursue continuous learning in technical fields.
Prior internship at Trane Technologies or in-office work 3 months before start.
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Willing to relocate for 14-week training; some roles may be remote/ hybrid / onsite across North America.
Valid driver’s license; no major traffic violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs.
Develop and execute a sales plan and growth strategy to meet targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
