Qualifications

• Must have internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office 3 months before GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or legally able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• This posting covers multiple opportunities; some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite.
• Ability to relocate for the 14-week training program.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, services, and controls to commercial customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design and sell solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
