Job summary
Trane Technologies is recruiting recent graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. After completing the program, you will become an Associate Account Manager, selling HVAC solutions to commercial customers and collaborating with engineers, contractors and owners to deliver building solutions.
This role offers on-site work with relocation support during training and a competitive base salary with uncapped potential.
Qualifications
- Be a technical expert for our commercial customers by continuously learning and growing in HVAC applications.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Commercial HVAC, energy optimization, and relationship-based selling.
- Show strong communication and problem-solving skills for engineering-related discussions.
Responsibilities
- Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners in design and sales.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from opportunity to close.
