Trane Technologies is seeking recent graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. You will start as an Associate Account Manager, specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls, beginning at a designated office before training.

In this role you will work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners to design, sell and implement HVAC solutions, building management, and energy optimization while developing leadership and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Graduation before the start date of the program.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners in design and sale.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs through full sales cycle.
• Develop sales strategies and growth plans to meet targets.
• Achieve sales quotas through new design wins and channel management.
