Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with any emphasis.
• Graduation before the start date of the Graduate Training Program.
• U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trane Technologies climate solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design, application and sale of equipment and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout a full sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies and develop opportunities by monitoring market conditions.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve quotas through new design wins and effective channel management.
