Trane Technologies is launching a 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI for recent engineering graduates. After completion, you will become an Associate Account Manager handling Equipment, Services, or Controls for commercial customers.

You will sell HVAC equipment and building controls, work with engineers and contractors, and build lasting relationships through the full sales cycle while pursuing growth in your territory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; must graduate prior to start date.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office 3 months before GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Posting covers multiple opportunities; some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite.
• Ability to relocate for 14-week training.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months, proof of insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Sell the world’s most complete line of HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design, application and sale of equipment and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding needs throughout the sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies through development of opportunities and market analysis.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve objectives and quotas through securing new design wins and managing the sales channel.
