Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. You will train as an Associate Account Manager, specializing in equipment, services, or controls, with a focus on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

After training, you will work at a designated North American facility, building relationships, solving engineering challenges, and growing a strategic sales footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or equivalent.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in technical fields.
• Internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office work 3 months before GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Multiple openings; some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.
• Ability to relocate for a 14-week training program.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, services, and controls to commercial/industrial customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners during design and sales.
• Build strong customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and analyze market conditions.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet targets and drive growth.
• Aim to achieve quotas through new design wins and end-to-end sales management.
