Johnson Controls, Inc. is hiring for the ACE Program, an 18-month sales development track that trains recent graduates for product and channel sales across seven business units with mentorship and hands-on experience.

In this role you will start in Milwaukee ( Glendale ), WI for six months, then relocate to a predetermined base in New England to support Fire Suppression products, with up to 25% travel and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Recent graduate or expected to graduate between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027. Program starts Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the ACE program, an 18-month sales development track to transform graduates into skilled sales professionals across Johnson Controls’ business units.
• Support the Fire Suppression (FSP) product domain and Territory Managers with technical and commercial assistance.
• Assist with opportunity pipeline management and CRM data updates; support RFIs and RFPs.
• Develop relationships across customer service, tech service, supply chain and commercial ops to enable growth.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and customer sites; relocate after six months to a predetermined base in New England.
