Job summary

Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Program in Milwaukee, WI. The 18‑month sales development track trains you across security ACVS products, with hands‑on customer experience and mentorship to prepare for field sales roles.

During six months at Milwaukee HQ, then relocation to a permanent base (Midwest – Chicago), you’ll gain technical product knowledge, CRM usage and cross‑functional collaboration, culminating in growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; computer engineering or business preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Willing to relocate to Midwest bases after initial Milwaukee phase.

Responsibilities

• Support ACE program participants with technical and commercial aid to sales personnel and customers.
• Establish cadence with Area/Regional Sales Managers for development progress.
• Create, analyze and customize sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Develop cross‑department relationships to enable growth initiatives and account management.
• Travel to manufacturing plants, R&D facilities and customer locations for live training and shadowing.
