Job summary

Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, WI is launching an ACE Program for recent graduates to become skilled sales professionals across Fire Suppression. The 18-month program provides instructor-led training, hands-on customer experience, and mentorship to build technical sales expertise in several business units.

In this role, you will support the Fire Suppression domain, relocate after six months to a predetermined base in California, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Provide technical and commercial support to FSP sales personnel and customers.
• Assist in opportunity pipeline management and CRM data updates.
• Support RFIs and RFPs from customers.
• Develop relationships with service teams and operations.
• Present customer-facing product demos and SME-level presentations.
• Analyze sales reports and dashboards with PowerBI.
