Job summary

Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) program, an 18‑month sales development track focused on Security ACVS. You'll receive instructor‑led training, hands‑on customer experience and mentorship to build product knowledge and sales acumen.

Initial placement in Milwaukee, WI, with six months in Glendale, WI, then relocation to a assigned base in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum (Computer Engineering Degree or Business Degree highly preferred).
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expecting to graduate Apr 2027–Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Provide technical and commercial aid to Security ACVS outside sales personnel and customers.
• Establish monthly cadence with sales managers and participate in reviews.
• Assist sales team with CRM pipeline management and account hygiene.
• Create and analyze sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Develop cross‑department relationships to support product and account growth.
• Travel to manufacturing plants, R&D facilities and customer locations for live training.
