Johnson Controls, Inc. invites recent graduates to join the ACE Program, an 18-month sales development track designed to train in channel or product sales across seven business units.

The cohort starts in Milwaukee, WI, with six months at the HQ in Glendale, then relocation to California or Phoenix for field sales roles. A competitive package accompanies this program, including a sign-on bonus and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expected to graduate between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs.
• Must be able to be in Milwaukee, WI for the first six months of the program, then relocate to California or Phoenix AZ.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Attend training sessions to build Controls product knowledge and sales process expertise.
• Provide technical and commercial aid to Channel Account Managers and accounts.
• Complete inside sales rotation for lead/case management and CRM hygiene.
• Create, analyze and customize sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Travel to manufacturing plants, R&D facilities and customer locations for live training and sales shadowing.
