Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Program. This 18-month sales development track builds technical expertise, mentorship and hands-on customer experience to prepare you for field sales roles in Fire Suppression.

Based in Milwaukee for the first six months, you will relocate to a regional base after training. The role includes CRM use, PowerBI, and travel to customer sites; pay includes $70,000–$75,000 base, a $7,500 sign-on, and a 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Business preferred.
• Recent graduate or senior expected to graduate between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Must be able to be in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale WI) for the first six months, then relocate to a predetermined base (New England).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Provide technical and commercial aid to FSP outside sales personnel and customers.
• Assist sales team with opportunity pipeline management and CRM updates.
• Support RFIs and RFPs from customers.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams (customer service, tech service, supply chain).
• Travel to plants, R&D facilities and customer locations for training and shadowing.
