Johnson Controls Inc. is launching the ACE program for recent graduates, an 18‑month sales development track designed to build technical and commercial skills for Fire Suppression product sales.

The program starts in June 2027 and begins in Milwaukee and Glendale, WI. During the first six months, trainees relocate to a preset base and later cover accounts in a California territory, with training across seven business units and exposure to CRM and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Eng or Business degree highly preferred.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior graduating Apr 2027 – Jun 2027.
• Program starts in Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Must be able to be in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale, WI) for first six months, then relocate to California.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial aid to FSP outside sales personnel and customers.
• Assist sales team with opportunity pipeline management and CRM updates.
• Support customers’ RFIs and RFPs.
• Develop relationships with customer service, tech service, supply chain and commercial ops teams.
• Lead customer-facing product presentations and build deep product knowledge.
• Analyze sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and customer locations for live training and shadowing.
