Job summary

Innovative Control Systems (ICS) in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to back regional sales with RFQ support, technical quotes, and accurate order processing. You will coordinate with Support, Accounting, and Production to ensure seamless orders and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have a technical degree or relevant experience, strong CAD familiarity, and proficiency with Oracle, Salesforce, and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate’s degree in Electrical, Engineering, Electro-Mechanical or related field plus 3 years in technical sales or similar role.
• High School diploma/GED plus 5 years in technical sales or quoting role.

Responsibilities

• Support region commercial teams with RFQ and technical support process.
• Review customer specifications and develop technical quotes for internal teams.
• Update Oracle/Salesforce/RFQ entries for accurate order processing.
