Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions, Innovative Control Systems unit, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support regional sales, validate RFQs, and provide technical quotes. You will collaborate with Support, Accounting and Production to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong ERP/CRM skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate’s degree/certification in Electrical, Engineering, Electro-Mechanical or related technical field plus 3 years in a technical sales role or similar supportive sales/quoting role.
• High School diploma or GED plus 5 years in technical sales or similar role.
• Daily use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related tools.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) for quoting and order activities.

Responsibilities

• Support region commercial teams with RFQ and technical support processes.
• Review customer specifications, recommend products, and develop technical quotes for internal teams.
• Update system entries between Oracle, Salesforce, and RFQ for accurate orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional sales managers and channel partners.
• Coordinate shipments and installation dates with customers; enter orders/quotes.
• Collaborate with Support, Accounting and Production departments as needed.
