Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Bethlehem, PA to support regional sales with RFQ processing, technical quotes, and ERP/Salesforce data integrity. You will collaborate with Support, Accounting and Production to ensure accurate orders and responsive service.

You will review customer specs, recommend suitable products, and help drive growth across the fueling and convenience retail markets while traveling as needed and working onsite at our Bethlehem

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate’s degree in Electrical, Engineering, Electro-Mechanical or related field plus 3 years in technical sales.
• High School diploma or GED with 5 years in technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams with RFQ and technical support process.
• Review customer specs and develop technical quotes for commercial teams.
• Update system entries between Oracle, Salesforce and RFQ for accurate orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional sales managers and channel partners.
• Maintain high level of service as customer base grows.
• Coordinate shipments, installation dates, and end-of-sale activities.
• Enter orders and quotes from customers.
• Collaborate with teams across departments as needed.
