Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Bethlehem, PA. The role supports regional sales with RFQs, prepares technical quotes and ensures accurate order processing across Oracle and Salesforce.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and account managers to meet customer needs, coordinate shipments, and provide high-level technical service. On-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate’s degree or certification in Electrical/Engineering or related field with 3 years of technical sales or quoting experience.
• High School diploma with 5 years in a technical sales or quoting role acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support regional commercial teams with RFQ and technical quotes.
• Review customer specs and develop technical quotes for sales teams.
• Enter quotes and orders in Oracle/Salesforce and maintain CRM updates.
• Coordinate shipments and installation dates with customers.
• Collaborate with Support, Accounting and Production to ensure order accuracy.
