Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support regional sales with RFQ and technical quoting. You will review customer specs, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate order processing in Oracle and Salesforce.

Collaboration with Support, Accounting and Production is essential. The role requires an Electrical/Engineering background or equivalent, 3–5 years of technical sales experience, and a strong command of MS Office; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate’s degree in Electrical, Engineering, Electro-Mechanical or related field with 3 years of technical sales experience
• Or High School diploma plus 5 years of technical sales experience

Responsibilities

• Support regional commercial teams with RFQ and technical support process
• Review customer specifications and develop technical quotes for internal teams
• Update system entries between Oracle, Salesforce and RFQ for accurate orders
• Build and maintain relationships with regional sales managers and channel partners
• Coordinate shipments, installation dates and post-sale activities
• Enter system orders and quotes from customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams
