Bluefors is pursuing a Technical Sales Lead to shape strategic customer relationships and drive adoption of cryogenic technologies across quantum and high-tech manufacturing industries. Based on the U.S.

and Canada, you will manage roadmap discussions in cryogenics and measurement infrastructure, aligning solutions to customer needs while owning opportunities and long-term sales growth. The role requires an MSc in physics or equivalent, proven technical sales experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• MSc in applied or technical physics or equivalent strong experience in quantum technology.
• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering in scientific instrumentation or advanced technology environments.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Background in scientific research or R&D is a plus.
• Knowledge of cryogenic equipment, specifically dilution refrigerators.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic account technical engagements with key clients across the U.S. and Canada.
• Develop and execute account technology strategies aligning customer objectives with Bluefors solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in collaboration with the account team.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Serve as the customer advocate, resolving issues and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Take ownership of creating and executing sales opportunities in cryogenics and measurement infrastructure.
