Job summary

Bluefors seeks a Technical Sales Lead to drive strategic technical engagements with enterprise clients across the U.S. and Canada, aligning cryogenics and measurement infrastructure solutions with customer needs.

The role requires an MSc in physics or related field, strong technical sales experience, and exceptional communication skills. Travel is expected; English proficiency is essential, and remote work with West Coast customers is supported.

Qualifications

MSc-level degree in applied or technical physics or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering in scientific instrumentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts.
Willingness to travel and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic account technical engagements with key clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Develop and execute account technology strategies aligning customer objectives with Bluefors solutions.
Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships in collaboration with the account team.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Act as customer advocate, resolve issues, and coordinate cross-functional resources.
Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and influence strategy.
