Zusammenfassung

Trane Technologies, a world leader in HVAC and building automation, offers a hands-on summer internship designed to develop sales engineering and technical skills. You will work with Sales Account Managers and learn the design, application, and sale of systems for commercial and institutional buildings.

This 12-week program builds industry knowledge, includes exposure to our full product line, and opens the path to our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any engineering discipline.
• Sophomore year completion prior to internship start.
• U.S. citizenship or work authorization for the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits with mentors and experienced account managers.
• Be hands-on in the sales engineering steps from start to finish during the internship.
• Build relationships with customers, acting as a daily point of contact in solution-making.
