Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales across North America. You will work with industry-leading Sales Account Managers, understanding systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial buildings, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The program develops technical, business, and communication skills, with exposure to sales processes and potential entry into the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program for the duration of the internship.
• Preferred fields include Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Engineering.
• Sophomore year completed by start of internship is required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial and institutional buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits with mentors.
