Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week Summer internship program designed to develop your technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills in a hands-on environment.

You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn system design and sales processes for HVAC solutions, and have opportunities to join the Graduate Training Program after graduation. Some roles may be remote or hybrid across North America with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the entire internship duration.
• Preference for study in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with industry-leading Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of systems, controls, parts and services for commercial buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits with mentors and account managers.
• Be hands-on in the internship steps from start to finish.
• Develop ownership and communication skills in solution-making processes.
