Job summary

Trane Technologies invites motivated engineering students to join a 12-week Technical Sales internship across North America. You will work with Sales Account Managers and customers to understand HVAC systems, controls, and services, while gaining hands-on experience and leadership insight.

This summer program emphasizes learning, collaboration, and potential entry into our Graduate Training Program after graduation. Remote, hybrid, and onsite roles may be available.

Qualifications

• This internship requires actively pursuing an Engineering degree for the duration of the program.
• U.S. citizen or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite at different North American facilities.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months’ eligibility and valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems and services.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits with mentors.
• Observe sales engineer processes from start to finish during internship.
• Build ownership and trust in solutions with customers daily.
