Job summary

Trane Technologies invites students to join a 12-week Summer internship program in Technical Sales across North America. You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn the design, application and sale of HVAC systems, and participate in sales meetings and service calls with experienced colleagues.

This internship develops technical, business, leadership and communication skills, with a path to our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering throughout the summer internship.
• Sophomore year completed before the start of the internship.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems and services.
• Attend sales meetings, functions, calls, and customer visits with mentors.
• Gain hands-on experience in the sales process from start to finish.
